Connemara is an age restricted (55+) community located off of Watsonville Road near Olive Avenue in the southwest area of Morgan Hill. Five different floor plans will be offered at Connemara. The four single-story plans will range in size from approximately 1,587 to 2,459 square feet. The only two-story plan features a downstairs master suite and will be approximately 2,783 square feet.
